What to send us when booking
- Your exact pickup address (hotel name and address) and your destination address or resort name.
- Date and pickup time — for airport pickups, also your flight number.
- Number of passengers and suitcases, so we assign the right vehicle.
- Any stops you want along the way.
Payment
No prepayment is required to book online. You pay the driver directly in cash (VND) at the end of the trip, unless we agree otherwise when confirming. The confirmed fare is what you pay — no hidden extras on fixed-price routes.
Cancellation & changes
- Cancel more than 24 hours before departure: free of charge.
- Cancel within 24 hours: part of the fare may be retained to cover the driver's assignment.
- Changes of time or address are usually fine — tell us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or Viber.
Timing tips
- For airport drop-offs, we agree a departure time that leaves comfortable margin for check-in.
- Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons are the busiest times on the Ho Chi Minh City – Vung Tau road; leave extra time.
- Departures between 22:00 and 05:00 carry a late-night surcharge, shown before you confirm.
Border crossing (Moc Bai)
For Cambodia trips we drive to the Vietnamese side of the Moc Bai border gate. Visas and border formalities are your responsibility — check the requirements for your nationality before travelling, and bring your passport.
Waiting time
The driver will contact you before arrival. Generous waiting is included for airport pickups; for other trips, tell us in advance if you expect a delay and we will adjust the schedule with you.
